Baronies and Parishes of North Antrim North Antrim was divided into the baronies of: Cary included part of the parish of Billy (around Bushmills) and the parishes of Ballintoy, Grange of Drumtullagh, Armoy, Ramoan and Culfeightrin down as far as Cushendall. Note that the townlands of Knocknahinch and Moyaver Lower & Upper, in the parish of Armoy, were in the barony of Dunluce Upper. Dunluce Lower included the remainder of the parish of Billy plus the parishes of Derrykeighan, Dunluce, part of Ballyrashane and part of Ballywillan. Note that the remainder of the parishes of Ballyrashane and Ballywillan lay in the county of Londonderry. Dunluce Upper included the parishes of Ballymoney, Kilraghts, and most of Loughguile, plus the townlands of Ballynaloob and Drumadarragh in the parish of Killagan and the townlands of Knocknahinch and Moyaver Lower & Upper, in the parish of Armoy, Kilconway included the parishes of Dunaghy, Newtown Crommelin, Grange of Dundermot, Finvoy, Rasharkin, Killagan (except the townlands of Ballynaloob and Drumadarragh in Dunluce Upper), part of Loughguile parish,* the townland of Garryduff in the parish of Ballymoney and the townland of Craigs which is sometimes listed as being within the parish of Craigs and sometimes listed as being in the parish of Ahoghill. * This included the townlands of Altnahinch, Ballynagabog, Carnagall, Carnamenagh, Carnbuck, Drumrankin, Gruig, Lislaban and Moneyneagh. To the south of Kilconway were the baronies of Toome Lower & Upper and Antrim Lower & Upper in Mid-Antrim.
